unconcerned staff air conditioning
the breakfast was good.
I had issues with the air conditioning. It wasn't working properly , and the staff didn't seem too concerned. the room was uncomfortably warm, and it made it hard to relax after a long day, the staff attitude was dissapointing.

The location is very central. It is a few meters from Prado and the metro. Staff are very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast offers a wide selection of traditional and international dishes. I found the rooms to be a good size with complete bathroom amenities.
The welcome was not very friendly. I was not offered anything such as cava or water.

easy access various options superb service
The location provided easy access to several attractions. The breakfasts featured various options, setting me up well each day. The staff members I encountered offered superb customer service (I really appreciated their help).
The room faced the interior of the building, so the view was not very exciting.

balcony room central location comfortable shower
The staff was friendly. My room included a balcony. The location was superb, close to many points of interest (I walked everywhere!). I found the shower to be very comfortable.
